Los Angeles market lists the Friday fish and produce

The Friday market posted the fish and produce list so families can see what is coming before they drive across town.
The list is what the vendors said on Wednesday. Weather and the wholesale price can change an item by Friday morning. The board is updated at the gate when that happens.
Parking is on the side street, not in the loading alley. The alley is for the vendors until 9 am. Shoppers who arrive early are asked to wait on the sidewalk.
Prices are by the pound and are marked on the crate. The market manager walks the rows at opening to check that the sign and the crate match.
