Orlando groups publish one calendar for the month

Local groups in Orlando put health fairs, sports sign-ups, and the community picnic on one calendar so families do not have to check five different pages.
The calendar lives on the news desk and in the community center lobby. Each listing names a place, a start time, and who to call if the weather changes the plan.
Organizers can add an event until Thursday night for the following week. After that, the printed sheet in the lobby is not reprinted until Monday.
This month the busiest days are the wellness morning, the badminton sign-up, and the picnic. The picnic still needs volunteers for the water table and the children's tent.
