The Lake Nona clinic posted weekend hours for children, including families who have been asking for a Bangla-speaking pediatric visit.
Saturday visits are for fever, rashes, and follow-ups that cannot wait until Monday. The clinic asked parents to bring the child's vaccine card and a list of medicines already at home.
Two morning slots are held for new patients who do not yet have a regular doctor. Those slots are gone by phone at 8 am, then the rest of the morning is for children already on the list.
The clinic does not do school sports physicals on Saturday. Those stay on weekday afternoons so the weekend chairs stay open for sick visits.
