An Atlanta clinic set aside time for people who have not had a checkup since they moved. The visit is a first conversation and basic tests, not a specialist appointment.
Bring a list of medicines, including the ones bought without a prescription. If you have records from another clinic, bring those too. If you do not, the visit still happens.
The clinic can take blood pressure, a basic blood draw, and questions about sleep, diet, and a doctor for the children. Referrals, when they are needed, are written before you leave.
Slots are on Wednesday evening and Saturday morning. The phone line opens at 8 am on Monday for the following week.
