Groups in New York put the autumn fair jobs on one list: setup, the water table, the stage door, and cleanup. Each job has a start time and a lead name.
The fair is in the park on Sunday. Setup starts at 8 am. The water table needs people from 11 to 3. Cleanup is the shortest shift and the one that was empty on Tuesday.
Volunteers sign the same sheet even if they usually work with a different group. The point of the single list is to stop three people from covering one table while another table has nobody.
The lead for each job will text the volunteers on Saturday night if the park moves the entrance because of a sports permit.
