Wedding vendors published tasting dates for the season. The list covers catering, sweets, and a hall that still has two Fridays open.
Tastings are by appointment so the kitchen is not cooking for a crowd that did not book. Each kitchen asks for the rough guest count before the tasting, because a menu for eighty is not the menu for three hundred.
The hall walk-through is separate from the food. Couples can see the room on Sunday between 1 and 4 without a food appointment.
Prices on the sheet are starting prices. The news desk is not taking bookings. Each vendor's phone is on the same line as the date.
