The evening run club moved from the neighborhood loop to the lit path by the lake. The change is for the weeks when the sun sets before the group finishes.
The group meets at 6:30 pm on Tuesday and Thursday. New runners start with the shorter out-and-back. The longer loop is marked with a ribbon at the turn.
There is no fee and no timing clock. People run at their own pace and meet at the picnic table after. The club asked everyone to wear a light shirt so cars on the access road can see them.
The path is shared with walkers. The club posted a reminder to pass on the left and to call out before passing.
